Advertising Terms & Partnership Guidelines
The rules that apply to all advertising, sponsorship and affiliate partnerships on bitcoincalculator.tools.
Core principle
Advertising does not determine calculator formulas, calculator outputs or independent editorial conclusions.
1. Advertising approval
All advertising, sponsorship and partnership placements are subject to review and approval before they go live. We may accept, modify, delay or decline any campaign at our discretion, including campaigns from advertisers we have previously worked with.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or reserve inventory. A campaign exists only once scope, format, duration and commercial terms are agreed in writing.
2. Advertiser responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and compliance of their products, creative, claims and landing pages, including any financial-promotion, licensing, consumer-protection and disclosure obligations that apply in the markets they target.
Advertisers warrant that they are authorised to represent the organisation and brand described in their inquiry.
3. Prohibited categories
We do not accept scams, phishing, malware, fake investment opportunities, guaranteed-return schemes, deceptive promotions, illegal services, fake reviews or misleading financial claims.
Campaigns that mislead about risk, returns, custody or regulatory status will be declined or removed.
4. Crypto and financial products
Crypto, trading, token and other financial products are accepted only after additional review. We may require risk warnings, jurisdictional restrictions, licence details or the removal of specific claims before approval.
5. Sponsored content
Sponsored content is subject to editorial and compliance review. We retain final say over structure, factual accuracy and wording, and sponsored content is labelled so readers can identify it.
6. Affiliate relationships
Where a placement is affiliate-based, the relationship is disclosed in line with our published affiliate disclosure. Affiliate status does not change editorial ranking, calculator output or the conclusions drawn in our content.
7. Creative requirements
Creative must be legible, non-deceptive, free of malware or auto-redirects, must not imitate site UI or system dialogs, and must not simulate calculator results. File sizes and dimensions are agreed per placement.

One short line explaining what the product does and why it fits this reader.
8. Landing-page requirements
Destination pages must match the advertised offer, work on mobile, avoid deceptive flows, and must not request seed phrases, private keys or passwords from visitors.
9. Placement
Placement environments are agreed per campaign. Unless a campaign explicitly reserves a specific page or slot, placements are served across suitable inventory and may be adjusted for layout, performance or editorial reasons.
10. Campaign duration
Campaign start and end dates are agreed in writing. Delays in creative delivery or compliance review may shift the start date without extending the end date.
11. Payment
Payment terms, currency and invoicing schedule are agreed per campaign before launch. Campaigns may be paused if agreed payments are not received.
12. Performance and non-guarantee
We do not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, rankings, revenue or any other performance outcome. Performance varies by placement, audience, seasonality, creative and campaign configuration.
13. Tracking and reporting
Reporting is based on our own measurement. Advertiser-side tracking may differ due to consent choices, ad blocking, attribution windows and bot filtering. Third-party tracking must respect the site's consent architecture and applicable privacy law.
14. No manipulation of calculator results
Advertising does not determine calculator formulas, calculator outputs or independent editorial conclusions. No advertiser may request changes to a calculation, its assumptions or its result presentation as part of a campaign.
15. Intellectual property
Advertisers grant the limited right to display supplied creative, names and logos for the agreed campaign. Advertisers keep ownership of their marks; we keep ownership of the site, its content and its tools.
16. Campaign changes
Material changes to creative, destination URLs or offers must be submitted for review before they go live. We may re-review a running campaign if the product, claims or destination change.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a campaign that breaches these terms, becomes misleading, harms user trust, causes technical problems, or where the advertiser's regulatory status changes.
18. Inventory availability
Inventory is finite and shared. Availability depends on existing commitments, category exclusivity where agreed, and editorial considerations.
19. Editorial independence
Editorial decisions, methodology, rankings and calculator design remain independent of commercial relationships.
20. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Running campaigns continue under the terms agreed at the time of booking unless a change is required for legal or compliance reasons.
21. Contact
Advertising and partnership questions go through the advertising inquiry form. General questions can use the standard contact page.
